Maintenance & Support
Perniagaan Letrik Dunia Bintang Sdn Bhd (PLDBSB) is committed to perform postcontract maintaintence and support service. They include :-
a) Unlimited emergency service and to replace parts/cables/fittings deemed necessary for the efficient performance of the user's network.
b) PLDBSB shall provide services during the hours of 9.00 am to 5.00 pm on
Monday to Friday and 9.00 am to 12.00 pm on Saturday. Beyond these hours, PLDBSB will assign one stand-by technician hotline for any emergency service required.
c) PLDBSB commitment shall endeavourer to provide the response either
immediately on-phone support or on-site support within 4 working hours
after receiving request from the users.
For works not covered under our maintenance services, PLDBSB is also prepared to carry out works include :-
1. Relocation/re-laying of computer/telecommunication ports due to
re-arrangement of furniture/seating.
2. To lay new cables/ports due to increase in seating requirements.
3. To patch or re-configure/re-patching at switches/hub due to relocation/
additional seating.
